For Photographers
Create your account
Sign up as a photographer and complete your profile. Connect your Stripe account to receive weekly payouts — setup takes about 5 minutes and unlocks your ability to collect earnings.
Register as a Photographer →Upload a gallery
Create a new gallery and fill in event details — sport, location, date, and team name. Then upload your photos. Each photo is automatically watermarked for preview so buyers can browse before purchasing.
Pro Tip
Create your gallery and print your QR code BEFORE the event. Hand out the QR card on photo day so families already have the link. Upload your photos after the shoot — families can check back at their convenience and everything is waiting for them. No emails, no forms, no chasing people down.
Set an access code (optional)
Click "Auto-Generate Access Code" to create a unique code. Share it only with the families you photographed. Galleries with a code become Private — they appear in search results but require the code to view photos.
Print your QR card
From your gallery or dashboard, open the print-ready QR card. Post it at the venue on game day or send it digitally so families can scan and jump straight to the gallery.
Share with families
Share the gallery link (and access code, if set) via text, email, or social media. Families can browse all watermarked previews for free and purchase the photos they want — no account required.
Get paid
You keep 90% of every sale. Buyers pay a small platform fee at checkout so your cut is never reduced. Earnings are deposited weekly via Stripe direct deposit to your bank account. Payout timing may vary slightly depending on your bank.

Search by state, city, and sport
On the home page, select your state, then narrow down by city, sport, date, and team name. Matching galleries appear instantly — no account needed.

Click into any gallery to browse all photos. Previews are watermarked to protect the photographer's work — you'll see the clean, full-resolution original only after purchasing.
Purchase securely
Select the photos you want individually, or buy the entire gallery bundle for a discount. Enter your email and check out via Stripe's encrypted payment system. No account required.
Download instantly
You'll receive an email with secure download links immediately after payment — full-resolution, watermark-free originals. Links are valid for 48 hours.
